The Minnesota/Dakotas CCIM Chapter invites attendees to a site tour and educational seminar hosted by Bauer Construction at The Fletcher, a new luxury condominium project in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. This program will offer firsthand insights into key project considerations and challenges, including financial factors, construction complexities, and the impacts of Minnesota’s climate on scheduling and execution. Bauer Construction will also walk participants through the project’s permit and approval process, highlighting practical takeaways for real estate professionals navigating similar developments. Attendees will learn about the project’s progress to date and gain a deeper understanding of the strategic decisions shaping its delivery. This session is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of real estate development, construction management, and market‑driven project planning.
