The program will start with a tour of the Jet 6 project by the superintendent, Kraig Boser from Bauer. This is an ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE – please dress appropriately (clothing AND shoes!) PPE will be provided.

The Jet 6 project was acquired with a strategic vision to adapt to shifting office environment trends and maximize property use. The project was initiated by remodeling the existing office building, targeting reduced vacancy rates and securing stable leases for the first phase of the facility. In the subsequent phase, they planned to convert the existing office parking lot into industrial space.

The remaining program structure will be general industry strategies for property repositioning. The speakers are Branton Smith and Andy Schilling from Bauer, and Brock Martinson from Pope Architects.
